Broccoli and Cauliflower are not only delicious but consist of several essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Broccoli is loaded with compounds that are believed to help protect against cancer.

Cauliflower has many antioxidants that act as anti-aging agents for skin. This vegetable consists of high amounts of manganese & vitamin C that have loads of free radicals and helps with the reproduction of new skin cells!
Cooking Equipment
A noodle bowl is a much needed accessory to make enough room for all your yummy vegetables and broth!
Plate Presentation
Nothing says delicious and I put a lot of thought into a basic noodle dish more than a unique ceramic painted noodle bowl. This one even has a place to hold chop sticks! Use a decorative bowl to serve your pho and place quartered limes, fresh basil or cilantro on the side! If you like some heat add some sliced jalapenos.
There are so many choices of noodle bowls! You will want to get some kind of bowl but this type of serving dish is elegant and elevates the meal to another level.
Food Combinations
Serve this dish with some pickles items to snack on. Some pickled vegetables are full of flavor without consuming additional calories.

Budget Tips

Purchase a bulk pack of tofu when on sale or get a club pack size at Costco if you can then freeze the extra tofu. Tofu holds up for months and freezes easily.

Use vegetable bouillon. Bouillons cost less than liquid broths and one container yields more products.
Storage Recommendations

The pho once made can be stored in a food container to enjoy for lunch or a second meal within the next couple days.

It's best not to freeze but you can freeze the extra tofu which holds up well.
What to do with left over's or extra product?
Store the extra vegetables to snack on or make another soup or salad. You can freeze the extra tofu. If you use bouillon base this already stores well as opposed to liquid broth which needs to be used in 7 days once opened.
